i just got off work and checked my emails when i stumbled upon this oddity. it's pretty nifty to me..lol

I don't miss the carbs at all. I had homemade pizzas yesterday and potato salad on Sunday and ate the most minuscule of amounts of the both of them. So I'm going to stick with this whole naturally occurring starch thing. Of course I'll add a few carbs in there when I feel like having one, or perhaps a drink. YUM!
