Viva Advice

My PhD viva is in about a week and a half, so I was wondering if anyone who has done one has any advice on preparation and so forth?

Read everything by your referees, and anything new on topic since you submitted (I am a biologist so there were many papers in the field in the two months between submission and viva)

Thanks for that. Assuming I have found accommodation by then, do you fancy a quick (non-alcoholic) drink on Thursday evening? (Or indeed Friday or Saturday if not?) Would be nice to catch up *g*

Thursday is a work mates birthday, but Friday is good. And you can stay here if you like, not to convenient for town thou, but buses every 20mins 7.00until 18.40

Great - Friday then, and college have managed to sort me out by extending my lease on my old room *g* so all stress over now, apart from actually preparing for the thing ;-)
