Kinsey failure

So, just for shits and giggles, I decided to take a Kinsey Scale Test. And I somehow failed. How can you fail a Kinsey Scale Test?!

"The test failed to match you to a Kinsey Type profile. Either you answered some questions wrong, or you are a very unusual person."

Uhm. The questions are all true or false statements. How can you answer those wrong ( Read more... )

Well, I am glad to know it does yield a result if you're on the hard end of the scale. I was starting to worry the test was completely broken. :)

I figure the test algorithm boggled because I consider myself primarily heterosexual, but open to whatever comes my way. :)

Seems to me like the Kinsey scale is still trying to stuff people into boxes, it just provides more boxes to choose from, but from where I'm standing, sexuality is a very fluid concept, and whatever box fits today, might not fit tomorrow.
