This is my favorite quote out of the big book of AA. I guess it really speaks to me because it is one that I frequently struggle with a lot. I used to really have a problem controlling other people. I take Seroquel to help me sleep, but if I take too much, it makes me jittery. I couldn't imagine taking 900 mg every day. I took Geodon for a while to help with all the flashbacks, but I was a walking zombie. It was hard.

Any way.. it looks like we have some things in common. Your journal was helpful to read. I have added you as a friend. Would you consider adding me as well?
