Today reaffirmed why I am a Child Passenger Safety Technician

There was a fatal accident near my house today. The driver (21 year old woman) died. The 3 wk old baby was properly restrained in a carseat and was unharmed. That's why I'm a CPST ( Read more... )

I don't know if you were being sarcastic or not, but I'm going to answer like you weren't.

A child passenger safety technician is someone who is trained in the proper use and installation of car seats and booster seats. I am nationally certified. I take it very seriously as improper carseat use has killed many babies and children.
