I find tonic water works well for fending off the cramps and aches of a big night out...of course you could be really sensible and stretch your muscles before you go dancing (I don't do this, but I can feel all smug and stuff by telling you what you should have done!)
What were you dancing to?
I'm probably going out tonight to Sin (my favourite club) and dance around like a monkey to industrial and dark electronic stuff. Assuming I can keep my eyes open and don't fall asleep in front of the football now.
That's true, but the parts that hurt would've hurt even if I had stretched I think. It's like working out for 3.5 hours...no matter how much stretching and you're still going to ache. But yes, stretching might be good for next time ;)
It was a mix of rap, hiphop, techno, and we requested some oldschool songs. Well, Baby Got Back by Sir Mix-a-Lot was from the early 90's (that's MY song), and Sisqo's The Thong Song from like...2 years ago I think. Not exactly oldschool. They played a decent mix. I love dancing.

No rain here, just wind and cold.
