Jinx is a pixie/sidhe fae. She can work magic and change sizes, and her relevant abilities that would need permission to use are:

Find, manipulate, and mold metal with her Hand of Power. (This excludes iron, which nullifies her abilities and that she has a slight allergy to.) This does include most metals found on anyone's person, ie; piercings, zippers, communicator.
Electrocution - She can manipulate the electrical fields both around her in the atmosphere and in individuals. She can use it to solder things while she's working on them, or give mild to severe shocks to people.
Glamour - A visual illusion that all pixies have, she can change her appearance and usually does on a day to day basis; hair/eye color. It's a visual illusion only, though, and while she can - and does - flounce around naked (particularly if she's changing sizes a lot), she generally looks like she's wearing clothes. Touching will prove whether she is or isn't. (Unless you have a character that can see through illusions).
Shadowwalking - Much like the glamour, it's an illusion, but a more physical one. She can wrap shadows around her and stay virtually unseen in darker places. This, of course, doesn't help in a brightly lit area with no shadows - since she'd look like a ghost-image - but as long as she stays quiet, she can traverse the area without being seen. (Again, unless you have a character that can see through things like that).
Shielding - She can shield against magical attacks, which includes attempts to read her mind. If she notices that happening, she can block it.
Magic - She can used runes and energy - or blood - to invoke spells.

She may or may not enjoy sitting on people's shoulders, arms, playing in their hair when small. Personal space is a foreign concept - even more so when she's tiny.
Spying - She's curious and likes to know everything. She's likely to be flitting around where she isn't always expected to be.
Pixie Dust - Her wings drop a glittering dust that changes color depending on her mood or what she's imbuing it with. She can cause giggling/laughter, itching/hives, or mild healing. The healing can usually only anesthetize and heal surface level injuries; nothing like broken bones or any severe wounds. (Mainly because pixies are tiny and that kind of power doesn't translate well to larger forms)
