Update: My so-called life

Soooo. One week after my interview with the school I absolutely want to work at- I've heard nothing. I have mixed feelings. She told me that she would be making recommendations to the school board on Tuesday or Wednesday. I wasn't sure how long it would take once that happened before I would hear from Human Resources.. then I heard from two people

I'm sorry you still haven't heard. Remember how long it took for her to schedule an interview though? Just keep that in mind when you get discouraged about not hearing right away. It's sounded like from the beginning she's not always on top of things. She must be someone like me and not you. ;-)

I'm glad to hear you'll be able to go to Orlando to shop. Gainesville sucks for that.

I miss you all too. I'm incredibly bored and lonely up here. I just spend all day looking for job openings and freaking out b/c I have to wait for things like background checks to come in before I can do anything. The school districts are very strict up here. Anyhoo, as for the cooler climate, that'd be up here. It has been beautiful this past week. Not really going much above lower 70's, so I vote for having a reuniion here. haha. Oh, and why did I have to get stuck living near Jason? He's the only person I live close enough to to actually visit and he's decided to not be anyone's friend anymore!!! Not fair... :-(
