Honestly, the best thing (besides my gym membership, ha) has been Something Awful's Watch and Weight forum. It's worth the $10 membership. The "Display Pictures of Your Transformation" has a number of user-posted before-and-after pics that will make your jaw drop. REAL PEOPLE! Also, it's full of real facts about diet and exercise, not the misinformation you see in magazines and on TV that's sponsored by assholes. The people in W&W are incredibly supportive, and will answer any of your questions. The "Girls Can and Should Lift Weights Too!" thread is awesome as well. Check it all out!
