how do i upload/download images to/from samsung phones? the IR doesnt seem to cater for images and sounds...do i really need a data cable?

*edited: i found something called easy studio i think it might work with images transfer using IR, will try later*

you can use IR for images and sound, just that if you are using a PC, then most prob you won't have a IR port.

hmm, i have internal IR port on my lappy...previously when i was using a nokia phone, i could transfer with ease.tried it with GD 88 to transfer pictures too...but with samsung, the connection was aborted cause the phone "rejects" it cause of invalid file type...

i'm using samsung phone too. you must have the cable if you dont want to pay.

how did you use with the IR? i tried transferring phone entries to my laptop using IR and that worked but can't find way to transfer picture.

heard that you gotta buy the cable to use but i'm too cheapo to buy

easy studio needed some CD thingy for me to use. lmk what method works for you! :)
