Tax Refunds! Yay

I filed my returns last night and today I received 20% of my check for one of those get it now sort of offers and the other portion of it will be deposited in my account in the next 2 weeks.  WHAT A RELIEF!  With being out of work so much between holidays and sick kids, I have missed massive amounts of work.

The 20% will let me pay my bills this

yay for tax return money. I filed my Fed online on Friday. Weird I ended up getting quite a nice sum. For some unknown reason I owe the State of Oregon $1 ... yes ONE DOLLAR. I tried to round stuff so it would be zero - wasn't happening. So today I mailed in my return and put 10 dimes in the envelope. Assholes. You'd think they could let $1.00 go - but no.

Welpers - I'm still working on this week's budget vs. foods and making sure everything is covered. I hate to be such a "last minute bessy" but I don't want to commit 100% sure until I get my final budget numbers tomorrow. I found two bills last night that I had forgotten about so... after my paystub tomorrow... and figure my last bit of bills? I'm probably okay but want to make sure

No problem! The Super Bowl and games will go on.... it doesn't affect that I'll just be buying snacks and such from Costco... either way, its a bulk purchase going on. ;)
