I don't blame Zooey to wanting to protect Emily. She's just thinking of what's good for her. Although she really does think that David is a bad influence on her, so she will do anything to keep Emily thinking that. But we all know it doesn't work now, do we? haha!

It was nice that he went to say hi to her. Awwww. And I loved how she was checking about him online, and how worried she was.

This was an awesome chapter. I can't wait for more.

yeah....can't blame the little sis for looking out for her big sis. In the other part of the story, she was luke warm to him up until the end. I think it's one of those love/hate type things where you know the guy makes her happy, but also know he's capable of some pain, too.

Since It all comes out ok in the end and they do find their way I am willing to go on the journey. I really like the fact this is a prequel and we know how it will all come out. It makes the journey easier to handle.

I'm glad! It really wont be as dramatic as things in the claire fic. I mean, at least, I don't think so. I feel like the whole Lena situation was way worse than anything that comes out of this. This is just different....darker....a bit less fluffy, but, it should fit in well with the beginning of the claire story.

Wow, I was so jazzed by the challenge that started this whole fic that I forgot the opening premise of the sequel! I'm starting to dread what's coming.;) And I can totally see why Emily really wouldn't want to focus on the possibilites of him making it. Thanks for the update.

you are too funny. You forgot that claire isn't his biological daughter, didn't you ;) It could be worse!! lol I could have written some drama about how Emily cheated on him and got pregnant. This will be much better, I promise....even if it will get a bit angsty for a bit.
