I don't do angst well when it comes to David and Emily (or Booth and Brennan) so knowing how it ends helps greatly and keeps me reading. I'm with David on this one though, she should have seen that he would feel set up after doing all the things he thought he was doing for her. I'm sure he will figure out that he did them for himself but he is the kind on man that needs a reason other than himself for doing something.

I think that David would need a reason to stay single as living alone would be very hard on him. Some men just can't do it. His reason was Emily and now he feels he lost the reason and it was all for nothing. Hopefully he will take the time to gain perspective and not do something rash that will drive a further wedge into their relationship. She will need him soon.

Another team David! Welcome! :) I've been so interested to see who would side with who. I tend to side with both since I wrote it.

I find it funny that Emily is now pregnant in real life and just today I was reading the part in the first story where she tells David she is pregnant with Claire. AH. I'm psychic now, apparently, just....not the right guy ;) j/k. I had a feeling she wouldn't wait too long.

Poor Flyers. I hear they've had a few tough losses? They'll bounce back. They always do!

I didn't know she was pregnant until you said something and now I'm a little down that it's with the wrong man. But you gotta know that David will be there loving and spoiling that baby because he loves kids and it is hers.

As for the Flyers they always struggle in March but it seems they come back strong in April. :)

Looking forward to the time she tells David she is pregnant.

I was kinda too at first, so, it's not just you. It's just so soon. I was surprised. But, we never knew about her wedding till it happpened, so, she may have been planning this for awhile as well. Remember...Michael was the wrong dude too ;)

It fits my story a little too well. It's actually starting to be scary. haha will he be 'uncle David?' I can only imagine him buying it flyers stuff and Emily just rolling her eyes. Maybe Emily will have a boy then it can marry Bella in the future. Demily reunion ;)

I bet she brings the baby to set with a nanny if DH is working. It does make me smile to know it'll be around David and Michaela. i'm still dreaming.

So somehow I didn't see this the other day before certain news was released and now...I dunno. It just seems more...real? I'm not even sure that's the word I'm looking for. =/

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that regardless of how angsty it was I enjoyed reading it. Great job.

aw thanks! i'm glad you liked it. angst and all. Emily news and all. I thought the news would kill my motivation. Nope. No chance. It made it worse. Weird. I think it's because...in my fic, Claire isn't his kid anyway.

You know it's funny that you mention that because once I found out the news about Emily this story was one of the first things I thought of. =P.

It's good that you're continuing though. I know some people feel more awkward about it now, but I'm thinking...it's always been one of those fandoms, you know? So why stop now? But yeah...cool. :)

Yeah I mean...for me, demily was always just recognizing how special emily/david are in whatever way they are. Partners, friends...it's nice to see two people in hollywood get along so well and do something great on screen.

this story has always been more 'fantasy' than reality for me. I guess that's why I can keep writing it. lol Maybe it's wrong. But, oh well. People go online and say horrible things about people and cyber bully and do all kinds of insane things. If this is the worst I do....then, I'm okay with that. lol

I've just now decided to tell you how much I LOVE both the prequel and the story! Late, I know... I've also friended you so I could keep reading this.
This chapter is great, I prefer fluff and cuteness, but knowing it's all good later on makes this angst easier to bear. I hope they don't have such extensive arguments in reality... keep posting!

aww thanks. I've friended you back so you should be able to read now! It deff has it's angsty parts, but I think it has fluff too. I try to make it even....but...I'm a sucker for angst, so, it's hard for me to write too much fluff ;)
