Question about Glitch and the people who knew him as Ambrose
After watching the whole series again on the SPACE channel I had a question about Glitch and the people who knew him as Ambrose. Four people who knew Ambrose, or should have known him, but didn't say a word upon seeing him. Tutor, Ahamo, The Queen and Azkadellia all knew who he was and hadn't seen him for years but no one said a word.
I'm sure Azkadellia did recognized Glitch when she caught gang in part one but just didn't care enough to mention it. With his brain already in her procession he was unimportant to her. Other wise she would have had him hulled back the tower to be locked up.
Shouldn't Tutor and Ahamo recognized Glitch as Ambrose when they met? I guess you could say, if you really wanted too, that Ahamo was too forced on DG to see anyone else in the room. But I would have thought Tutor would have mentioned something. He must have known Ambrose in his time as an teacher. DG said he was like family and he must have been around a lot. Ambrose must have been fairly close as well, he was seemed almost recognize things things in DG's room like the heap. Something just an adviser won't but a close family friend, who who spends time with family, would. He traveled with the group for days but it was never bought up. I thought when he was telling DG that he was a friend of her mothers, he would have mentioned 'I was a friend of your as well Ambrose'.
Another thing is at the end when everyone was back together I thought there should have been a scene, a hug at least, between the Queen and Glitch. The last time she saw him he was being led away to have his brain removed. I got the impression they where close. Course this works into my annoyance with the abrupt ending.
