Not a crackpot theory buuuuut...the whole "may your hearth be warm" thing IS painfully out of date, but Ralph recognized it so made the appropriate response and everybody was happy.

Are you aware that there's a Tarot of Oz? The Major Arcana is made up of charactes from all over the original series, and the Minor Arcana is ... uh, let me think ... Pentacles/Stones is based on Dorothy & The Wizard of Oz, Swords is Scarecrow of Oz, Cups is The Tin Woodsman of Oz and Wands is Magic of Oz. I own the deck and I have to say, it's very cool.
