It looks to me like jujitsu or judo, but I'm not sure.
..because I think what the real question we should be asking here is:
Who would win in a mixed martial arts battle, Alice or Glitch?
I think that Alice has an advantage in that she is using both halves of her brain, so she has instinct and knowledge whereas Glitch doesn't have conscious access to his memories so he might well not remember how to do a certain technique at a vital moment. He does have the advantage of a longer reach, however, and as he relies on punches and kicks rather than grappling he might be able to take her down if he can keep her from getting in close.
The question of who would win aside, in a weird way I think I kind of 'ship them now...

And off the top of my head, I can't remember if TKD includes much grappling or not.
lot of guys seem to consider it appropriate to "go easy on the girls"
Tru dat! Which can make it really hard to train properly. And I could see Glitch being all chivalrous in such a situation.
I wonder whether he would feel guilty about hitting someone physically smaller than he is, even leaving aside the point of her gender, at least until he realised she knows how to handle herself! That transition on Glitch's part would be great to read in a story, wouldn't it? Like, ( ... )
