I don't think it can or should. I feel the current system we have is fatally flawed and that the best thing we can do is ride out its death throes.

I was looking over my old archives and found this from 2004. I looked it over to see if anything has changed, but no it's all the same. :) I guess muscially I am who I am and it's not going to change.
