What can you use instead of clarified butter?

You can use any cooking oil, the clarified butter imparts its aroma. You could use butter also.

Tomorrow, I am planning to put up the recipe for Mutter Paneer, since I know it is one of your favourites.

Oh it is, but today I have spinach and paneer, and it's rare for me to have both in the house.

Hope you like the way it comes out. I cook it very simply because all of us at home love spinach and hate drowning out the flavours with too much spices.
