dane- i was wondering what i would have to post to get you to comment again. as for tambor, he never really did anything for me. the only thing i ever liked him in was all those times he was on three's company and for a long time i thought he was colonel sanders in space balls and who can forget his amazing cameo in eurotrip. other than that, i just thought he was ok in the grinch and girl, interrupted and he's supposed to be good in never again, but i'll probably never see that, just like i'll probably never watch arrested development, unless i start making my tivo go after it. but i think this all backs up my blacklisting of tambor. keep the comments coming, dane.
ok I gotta ask, I can understand a lot of these choices, and i won't comment on the sucks disclaimer for just one of the people, nor the Christian Slater/Samantha Mathis appereance in Pump up the volume puts them on the list.
The question I must ask is....Chris O'donnell? What has he done to gain a spot on this list? I must know what film role made you fall in love with him enough to wish to wrok with him.
scent of a woman, its a three hour movie and whenever the camera isn't on pacino its on him, actually since the first half hour sets him up, he probably has more screen time than al. so, in conclusion, anyone who can sustain a performance for 3 hours acting alongside pacino (who is overacting his ass off for 80% of the movie i might add-wrong movie to give him the oscar for) has earned their chops and a spot on this prestigious list
p.s.- as for the christian slater/ samantha mathis connection i actually knew who she was before i knew who christian slater was and the reason i ever watched pump up the volume in the first place.
All i know is i saw samantha mathis in super mario brothers and was like..shes the girl of my dreams..then i saw her in pump up the volume and she didnt have the blone hair anymore..and she got naked..and she was a punk..and my heart broke

Peter Sarsgaard Alison Lohman Josh Lucas Tim Roth Eva Green Chris Cooper Rachel Griffiths Peter Krause Michael C Hall William H Macy Mark Ruffalo
let's throw in P.J. Soles just for laughs when you read this list
and Rachel McAdams gets thrown in there just for eye candy purposes (though there are a host of others I could have picked she's my current flavor of the hour)

shit i forgot John Goodman.
all you need to do is watch Lebowski and Storytelling to make my case for range (in terms of playing a comedic asshole and a dramatic asshole), timing (Walter's stuttering), and general awesomeness (cite: any episode of SNL he hosted).

nice list, i can't tell you how many times peter sarsgaard was on and off of my own list. and i can't believe i forgot about p.j. soles, that bitch is going on there. as for some of your other entries, i didn't want to make it a list of my favorite actors, persay (note: tom hanks, al pacino, natalie portman, and even goodman are missing) instead i tried to make it a list of actors that intrigue me and that would be cool to hang out with in between takes. the best example of this would be farley granger, the man was a gay actor during the forties and fifties and he worked with hitchcock, he must have some great stories.
p.s. can i come to the set when eva green is there?
