new info on Marc's situation.  after they cleared his heart of all problems, he was at work two days later and collapsed while holding a 200lb beam and dropped it on his foot.  Marc says he was just waiting for a lift to arrive, and was thinking about his family, and basically had an anxiety attack and collapsed.  his boss wrote it up as accidental
