it's been 20 days since the start of my 'diet' and i have to say, i'm nowhere near successful. i have been able to stay away from the meat, (except last friday), but i have not been able to stay away from the SODA, the beer, and the munchies

Work is the same but most of our events were postponed due to the typhoon so goodluck to us til Christmas. I'm trying to lose weight but I should start staying away from fast food. It's the culprit!
