 Yesterday, I had a dental appointment at 10:30am.  I awoke at 7:15am, did 20 minutes of Yoga, took a 2 mile walk, received two phone calls (one of which informed me that my Uncle Johnny had died), drove to the dentist's office....no parking!!! I drove around the parking lot for 20 minutes literally fuming...rushed upstairs, signed in, had xrays
