Wow, I did the giant hairy spider dance at an intersection once... and that was just based on having seen a tiny spider on the roof liner of the car. It never even touched me - but as soon as I see them, I can feel their eight nasty little legs (no creature should have that many legs!!!) crawling all over me.

In fact, I can feel them now :-( I'm off to do the giant imaginary hairy spider dance for a bit...

I swear this was among the biggest spiders I've ever seen, second only to tarantulas or something. He looked like he belonged in the tropics somewhere.
