I had another appointment with my doctor today, and I realized that my orthopedic surgeon is absolutely gorgeous. GORGEOUS. He's 30 and just positively stunning, he was examining my leg and I wanted to just nibble on him. Only a little bit ( Read more... )

I completely know what you mean. I have had 20+ surgeries, and everytime I go in they ask me to list all of my surgeries. My mom and I just look at each other like, "errr....riiiiiiight." It can be such a pain. Maybe we oughta just write books and hand them to the nurses, "Here ya go. Enjoy."

Good luck on your surgery, dolly. Don't worry, everything will be just fine.

Maybe you should do what my mother did--she is one of those people who has had multiple surgeries throughout her life. She made a typed list and she does sometimes just give it to the Dr. Sort of like a resume. She sometimes says she has had just about everything that could be taken out, taken out. (She's 88, so obviously they haven't yet taken out anything she couldn't do without!)
