Hua Mei, born when I was a freshman in college at the San Diego Zoo, now has two cubs of her own. They were born in China, where she now resides. Aw crap, they are so darn adorable. Apparently my excessively cerebral upbringing was not enough to prevent a fundamental attraction to small black, white and fuzzy things.
