it was her bf, cuz he cheated on her and got it from someone else and she found out and broke up with him and went to the doctors and found out he gave her herpes and when i think about it i just wanna cry

I am sorry to hear that about your friend. As Chris said she can take Valtrex (which is a pill, not a cream) which will suppress that outbreak of herpes and clear up the ones she has. She will have to have sex with a condom on everytime she has sex cause even during the suppression phases she can still transmit the herpes to another person. I hope that she gets through this okay and screw slashing tires, break windows and a windshield!
