I know you don't really know me, but I am going through a very similar thing. I have actually completely stopped getting periods without the aid of chemicals. My dr did set of tests for my hormones and they're completely out of whack. Have you had any of those done? I don't know what we will do because we can't afford fertility therapy. I hope something comes out well for you soon!

I'm doing some blood testing probably Wednesday, so I'm hoping that's what he's checking for. I still get periods, I always have, they just hurt like hell and there's no rhyme or reason. I even had breakthrough bleeding when I was taking hormones to try to stop them entirely, because of how much pain they cause me.

So there's no doubt my hormones are out of whack, it's just a question of whether I'm ovulating or not, and whether I have uterine fibroids on top of that preventing implantation. I'm trying to call the benefits company to find out what is/isn't covered under our insurance, so I have some idea where to go from here.

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that you weren't preggers. I think it'll work out for you, though ^_^. Just keep up good positive thinking, and I will too!
