I recently lost 12 lbs. Finally after these months of agonizing over my lack of progress, I'm seeing some small results. I am still kind of off my running game, as I have injured my ankle, but I still hope to turn my mile jog into a mere 9 minutes and 30 seconds. My current pace is around 12 minutes and 45 seconds. Must keep jogging and keep up
