“It is, your majesty,” another elder agrees, her expression troubled. “But we do not believe the aggressor is King Ueda or the medusas, though. Evidence found at the crime scenes suggest otherwise.”

“A considerable amount of squid ink was found at every location from where our people disappeared.”

It’s a well-known fact that medusas aren’t a great fan of squid ink (too flashy for their taste) and it reassures Kame that Ueda really doesn’t have anything to do with the disappearances.

On the other hand, octopuses and squid ink go hand-in-hand in hunting situations, which makes him a little apprehensive.

“Have the octopuses elected their new leader?”

“Yes. Rumour has it that King Akanishi is a little impulsive and rather difficult to reason with. Very similar to his predecessor,” the woman says in a voice so disapproving, Kame almost apologizes for the king’s behaviour

well, if there's a Turtle Council, there's to be an Octopus Council too. And I just. Aiba would be a perfect Octopus King. XD and I love Aiba and Aiba/Jun too much to leave them out of this seaworld crack. XDDD

I am! :D Just marathoned the three seasons a few weeks back and am currently weeding through fic recs. That fandom is amazing gasdf so many good!fics to choose from. *__* (or maybe the recs are just awesome. XD)
