Part 2

Jin’s spirit deteriorated gradually within the next fortnight. Kame had somehow mistaken Jin’s Cutie Honey CDs as anime porn and stared blankly back at Jin when Jin initiated a conversation about Mazinger Z (apparently robot anime are too brash for Kame). Jin had an almost-success with Gravitation though, before Kame started talking about Yuki in that fond, fanboyish way and provoking Jin to throw the DVDs angrily out the window. Bonding with Kame over anime was not as easy as he thought.

It was only after Junno cracked a joke about Kame’s missing underwear that Jin remembered Kame’s interest in Dragonball. “Come over and bring your Dragonball stash,” he demanded over the phone. “Don’t forget the Omake one explaining Trunk’s history.”

“Okay!” Yamapi replied happily.

Jin was so riveted by the concept of Super Saiya that he went through the entire weekend without sleep. Yamapi gave up moaning about having watched The Cell Saga with Ryo last week, just skip to The Majin Buu Saga already and contented himself with the ( ... )
