Jackie. I have failed you. I'm sorry. Jin bought it one month after Yuukan Club filming ended. The first time he came to work on it Kame almost passed him by on the parking lot without noticing. Pulling the helmet off and dragging a hand through his hair Jin gave a casual greeting as Kame walked by, did a double take and took a few steps back

Kame had always hated it when Ryo called Jin fat, when Jin would joke about his diets or pat his stomach like he had one worth mentioning. Koki laughed when he got back from L.A., saying Jin needed to get taken care of before they could show his face to the fans again. But walking back into their dressing room, Kame had never seen him look as gorgeous as he did back then.

Jin turned in on a back street with less traffic, where he could go faster. Kame rested his chin against Jin’s broad shoulders and thought that Jin could probably race them within inches of their lives and Kame would still be perfectly alright with it. He felt safe.

It felt like there was something Kame was supposed to say when he handed the helmet back to Jin. Something more substantial than Thanks for the ride. But he couldn’t think of anything, couldn’t figure it out. He sucked in a breath. Jin looked at him, a slight narrowing of his eyes, a questioning rise of his eyebrows
