His breath leaves him in a painful wheeze as he pushes himself off the wall and turns around.

“Took your sweet time.”

The man standing a few feet away lowers his gun and closes the distance between them.

“I was waiting for the perfect opportunity to shoot.”

He kneels down by the corpse, places a crisp, white paper with a heart-shaped design painted on its surface with elegant, black ink and with a satisfied nod, stands up again.

“That perfect opportunity included me being ripped to shreds?”

“Not necessarily.”

oh, there are so many things i love bt this - like snarky jin on the run, and matsujun's pink sparkly weapons, the tattoos, basically jus everything! it was so adorably delightful and the ending was jus LOVE.
