Kame nods while he paints unrecognizable patterns on Jin’s throat with his fingernails.

“You volunteered.”

Kame smiles a little half-smile - a smile he only let-lets-Jin see. It’s a little shy and secretive, almost playful and Jin missed this, missed him too.

“I told you I wanted to see you.” comes the explanation and he… he desperately hopes that…

“Nobody knows I am here. Nobody knows we are here.”

Jin closes his eyes and lets out a long sigh. The air is still chilly and the stone is still cold against his back, he is still bound and Kame can still very well torture him and kill him after that, but for the first time in a long while, he feels at peace. Home.

The Shuuji to Akira thing wasn't intentional but it's true that I just re-watched Nobuta recently, so maybe... idk.

I believe Kame would be wonderful at mindfuck. He can be very perspective and conscious of other people's emotions and... he could very well stab where it hurts the most, if he wanted to.
