[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] Toshiro has been 4'4" since second year (before that he was even shorter) and is sensitive to comments about his height or insinuations that he's childish in any way. He works HARD on his srs grownup image and it's unusual for him to do badly on assignments. Also has a special affinity for spells related to ice and cold.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] If a post or strike is hackable, I'll generally designate it either by hacking probability or something hazy like "if your character knows him well they can hack it".
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Nothing brainbreaking; if it'd cause long-term affects, ask away.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Rather not, except in plot context. Verbal jibes are fine.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Random contact during sports or in the hallways is fine; hugs and the like would freak him out; nothing further than that plz.
