So. This car business. I called the dealership that was/is fixing my car on Friday to get an update. They had originally told the insurance company 10 days, which would have been Friday or Saturday (the 6th or 7th). What they told me when I called? The 18th. I was not happy. One step at a time. You've got your car repaired, so that's a big thing out of the way. Just try to get through the day, and don't try to do everything at once. When you look at EVERYTHING, it's hard not to get overwhelmed.

God, you're right about that. And the last few weeks have been full of overwhelming-type things. But thanks, it's always easy in hindsight to say you just take things one step at a time, but in the middle of everything, it's nice for the reminder. It's so easy to forget sometimes, so I really do appreciate it.
