i just looked and the second account has a join date of monday so if it's an old account maybe that means it's been reset.
i just tried logging into my account with the wrong password to see what would happen and it had a "forgot your password" link to click but before i could click it my antivirus software tried to tell me it was a suspicious web page! when i clicked "visit this web page anyway" on the antivirus page, it took me back and then the "forgot your password" link worked and there was also a "reset" button. if you're getting something like that where your security software is doing something weird when you try to log in, try going back a second time and see if you can log in then.
