Have you seen my Kenchan?

I'm looking for someone, he's tall with dark spiky hair with bells on the tips, an eyepatch, and he's kinda giant. I'm hoping to find him because he's the only one I can remember ever knowing me. I don't like being alone...

There's lots of places out here to look though, so maybe Kenchan is hiding somewhere...

There are many people matching a similar description near where I live... but the last three characteristics seem distinctive enough to warrant notice, should I encounter him. Kenchan is this person's name?
