I won't deny that they can look appealing, but I've always loathed wearing stockings and hose. Haven't, in fact, since I was 10 or 11 and started to flatly refuse to put them on for church and funerals. Sheer hose will probably come rampantly back into fashion any season now, after a hiatus of 12 years or so, and I'll be forced to reassess my position.

Hmm. I used to hate them a lot. But I've been wearing them this year. Cause I like skirts and it's cold in Montana. And they get scratches, and I hate it. But then I buy them in fun patterns, and I love it. But then they squish my insides and make me have to pee a lot, and I hate it. But they they squish my wobbly parts and make me look a bit less wobbly, and I love it.
