This is like Bush hinting at marriage with Paris Hilton.
Only in France, man.
Although I do think his wife cheated on him with a celebrity soccer player.

haha, yeah i heard that, and I also heard that since the economy sucks, he wants to use "happiness" as a factor in calculating the wealth of the country. Crazy french!
