Ugh,

Those scenes in movies where the main character is totally down on his luck and about to fail, then there is a montage of scenes, where he learns a ton of stuff in a short amount of time, and eventually becomes the champion of whatever.

and THIS one is from south park when Stan's dad trains to kick the ass of the toughest dad of Stan's opposing little league team, to continue his pattern of drinking at Stan's games and fighting with the other dads. its a good one :)

...but I must admit most Alex's posts are not obvious, sorry Alex.
