A typical night at the ER...
Emergency the first: 15 minutes into my shift I'm dropping off paperwork at the front desk. I see a guy walking in from his car in a hurried manner, but not running. He's at the front desk when I reach the door that leads back to the treatment area, and I hear him say the magic words... "My cat's panting really hard
