Everything in this video reminds me of a Japanese, final fantasy-styled Pink Floyd.
From the look of the concert, to the lights, to the black and white photos that look like the liner notes to a 70's Floyd album, to the graphic design, to even the Gilmour-esque solo on the FF7 opening.
If they weren't specifically going for that look and feel here, I'd be damn surprised.
