is anything you can do or anything you can buy, cheap that helps keep your makeup looking just as nice as when you first did it and .. ON all day for that matter
Urban decay potion primer works wonders for me. I wore it one day when it was 100 degrees here and 100 percent humidity and my make up stayed perfect all day. You can find it at sephora and its only like 14 bucks.
some sort of makeup primer and i also heard that "model in a bottle" stuff works really well...or MAC prep + prime face. they're both expensive tho =P
to keep your eyeshadows from creasing, you can use L'Oreal decrease, or dust some powder on your lids...if you want to splurge on makeup bases try MAC paints or Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion...but if you want something cheap, Wet n' Wild's Cream Eyeshadows work just as well as MAC paints, but i heard that they're being discontinued!!! they're like $2.99/ea. so they're cheap but if they're being discontinued then i would stock up on them ASAP =)
Don't use hairspray, it can really make some people break out badly.
Clinique makes a moisture surge face spray, its $14.50 and works pretty much exactly like MAC Fix+ but way less sticky and a little cheaper. Just spritz it on and it refreshes your makeup and stops it from getting cakey.
