Everyone else has already done their year in review, but instead of recounting fond memories I always review the movies I have seen during the course of the year. It turns out my hypothesis that this year sucked for movies is pretty true. i saw Win A Date on a plane a few days ago...wow. The best part in the world was:

Boy: "He's probably been with like...fifty women, Rosalee"

Rosalee: "Umm...first of all, thats not even physically possible..."

Speaking of movies, my family saw Closer, and she was mad about how the movie "didn't have anything socially redeeming in it" or something, so much so that she couldn't shuffle cards. At that point, I asked her if the characters' whole existence was flawed, which she readily affirmed. It made my night more than winning all of the 3 card games we played.

when books are really long i skip to the ending to find everything out i need to know. "well, there it is" didn't tell me very much and wasnt a very good ending. i couldnt even tell if it was a happy story or a sad one!
