I must admit I'm curious; does anyone know the exact logistics of something like this? It seems very...well, unbelievable. Any first-hand reports, perhaps? I'd like more information on this.

Exactly. You never know when a virus from the community is going to hit, and you never know if it will affect you or not. You might be affected one time but not the next, you might always be affected, you might never be affected. It's completely random.

Even if the means of delivery are random, there's got to be some sort of explanation behind the 'virus' itself, right? Unless you mean they spontaneously generate, which seems a bit unlikely.
