oh oh, I don't know if you've done your assignment already or not but the answer about the radioactive waste is to build a big scary thing on top, so that it is communicated that the land is uninhabitable even beyond linguistic and cultural barriers. Think big spikes, like really demented trees, like Dr. Seuss' nightmares. The question was studied by some anthropologists a long time ago, and this was the best they came up with. It is still, however, a question routinely given in assignment form. Though it might be super lame to copy what someone else came up with, I guess you've probably done the thing by now, or at least formed your ideas, and maybe you knew this already anyhow. Anyway. Yep.
