OCMEME
Whee, so after having a ton of fun reading the original character meme Georgia did and being unable to find another meme similar, I decided to try my hand at making one myself. So pick thirteen characters before you go on to take a look at the questions, and give them numbers from 1 to 13.
1. Vladimir
Vladimir is a bit of a fuddy duddy with no friends other than his mother and Mr Jingles, his rat. Crooked nose, very lightly freckled skin, wiry white hair and dark eyes. Vladimir hopes to one day be able to make objects other than wooden ducks in his woodwork class.
2. Zephyr
Zephyr spends much of his spare time telling Virus stories (when he’s not concocting strange foods) and using his abilities to educate Virus in his sleep. Zephyr’s love of story-telling stems from his dreamy nature, and he loves reminiscing about his past when he was still alive and with his family.
3. Jack
Jack Jackal is a heavily bigoted man who has earned respect in society’s underbelly by being physically formidable (read: humongous), skilled with his guns (both types) and a complete and total bastard. It seems that both the Jackal brothers are incapable of non-violent behaviour likely to land them behind bars, however Jack’s connections never keep him there for long and as such he feels he is free to do as he pleases.

Alexander loves to read along with his twin Alexis and spend time with him in general. He is very unlucky in love because whenever he finds someone he likes his tongue starts to play tricks on him and blurt out obscene things such as ‘I want to lick you and your mother’s arsehole’ instead of his well-meaning ‘how do you do?’.
5. Ivy
Easily jealous and easily cowed. Also rather naïve (stupid?), as he’s grown a large crush on what is basically a moving pile of rocks. Ivy’s quite a withdrawn character, because most mortals he comes into contact with get rashes within a few hours of touching him.

He is like the Grouch from Sesame Street, minus the green and plus some adorable patched rabbit ears and a tail. Dana despises people for a number of reasons, and therefore does his best to stay by himself, preferably with clay or anything else he can use to create sculptures with, as Dana is skilled with his hands. He finds it very hard to keep his temper under control, and is quick to label things as stupid.

Gabriel is a holy being who left Heaven of his own will to join Lucifer, instantly removing himself from the affections of his brother Raphael. His reasons for leaving his high-ranking place underneath God are not actually ‘evil’, and as such that he is still allowed to move between Heaven, Earth and Hell as a diplomat. Gabriel is kind hearted, though finds it easiest to express this kindness to strangers.

Master Zhi is a dragon renowned for his contributions to a number of scientific fields, though as of late he has changed his focus from alchemy and potions to working on commissions given to him by various persons who want ‘tailored’ creatures. He is a horrible cook, and very fond of his servants.

A devout follower of God, or at least up until the other holy folk became furious that he was receiving better treatment than them for being God’s favourite, such as being allowed to marry and have a child on Earth. When God was forced to take away his beloved wife to make things more equal, Raphael left Heaven for good. He is a clueless, especially when it comes to sex, and it’s rumoured that his daughter is actually the immaculate conception.
10. Blanche
Little French farm girl who left her dear mother to work as a maid at the Eleven household after being coaxed into it by Mona. Blanche has lots of experience in all sorts of things relating to farm work such as milking cows and tending to vegetables, though her knowledge of other things such as how to read and write is very limited. She often feels like a dork because there are many incidents where everyone else but her understands what’s going on.
11. Anthea
Anthea is one of the neutral beings, neither siding with Heaven or Hell, and she works as one of the High Judges deciding what will happen to who after death. Her mentality isn’t actually so good for such an occupation so hectic - Anthea is easily irritated. Whenever she does manage to get a break, she likes to go down to Earth to find herself a quiet piece of paradise, though every time this happens she is distraught to find that the humans have already inhabited the place or destroyed it.

Cain is a man who is obsessed with being Jack’s one and only as much as Jack is obsessed with fucking young boy halfbreeds. Which is a lot. And also very strange, because while Cain is a vegan intellect who flinches at the sight of blood, Jack is a carnivorous beast who loves shedding it and has no interest whatsoever in pursuing anything relating to academics. He spends a lot of time pulling his pants up.

Utterly gay boy with a love for tattooed and stubble-ridden men. This gets him into a bit of trouble, as you can imagine. Also, Charade is absolutely terrified of breasts and vaginas. Terrified. It’s a phobia.

4. Which character irritates you the most and why?
Charade. Hands down. He’s such a whiny attention-demanding wussy little shit that I often feel like beating him into a little pulp and tossing him into the trash or killing him in various other ways. While he means well, he’s so self-pitying that he always forgets to treat others around him as good as he feels he should, which makes him even more depressed. So no matter what he does, he’s stuck in a cycle of depression. And that gets me annoyed. D: I just kind of feel violent whenever it comes to him and I want to cause him as much pain as possible.
5. 6 (Dana) becomes a superhero. What is their superhero name and what are their superhero abilities? 7 (Gabriel) becomes their archnemesis. What is their name and what are their powers? How does 3 (Jack), the damsel in distress, find out 6’s true identity?
Dana would be Ultra Sculptor, and he’d be able to sculpt random objects around him into whatever, like maybe a sword to do battle with or an anvil to drop onto his opponent or whatever. Gabriel would be the sexy captain of a ship and he’d use his charm to make people swoon, but Dana would be immune because he’s a clueless prat. As for Gabriel’s name, he’d be ‘Captain Tall, Dark and Handsome’, and he’d constantly say things like ‘Set a course for intercourse!’ and such. Also, the idea of Jack as a damsel in distress greatly disturbs me, but I’d guess that Jack might recognise Dana’s superb skill with his hands in the middle of forcing Dana to give him a handjob.
6. How would 4 (Alexander) woo 9 (Raphael)?
From afar. Definitely. He’d made sure to be a secret admirer because being direct would result in utter failure, and he’d be inwardly delighted to see the befuddled look on Raphael’s face whenever Raphael realized he had another letter/flowers/sweets.
7. For what reason would 12 (Cain) kidnap 2 (Zephyr)? How would 5 (Ivy) and 8 (Zhi) rescue 2?
Um. Kind of weird that Zephyr, Ivy and Zhi ended up being in the same thing. But whatever. Cain would kidnap Zephyr to force him to cause Jack to have dreams solely about how great he and Cain would be together, or he’d kidnap Zephyr to give him as a birthday present to Jack. For the former, Zhi and Ivy would probably just ask for him back, but for the latter it would be trickier because Jack’s involved. Ivy would probably offer to take Zephyr’s place, and when Jack agreed Zhi would take Zephyr home. Ivy would wait for Jack to throw him out because he causes rashes in unfortunate places, and if that didn’t happen he’d wait for Zhi to come back for him.
8. 11 (Anthea) lands a record deal. Describe the type of music they would produce and what their first video clip would be like.
Anthea would produce hymns or possibly heavy metal. Her background would involve hymns more than anything and they’d relax her, but heavy metal would be soothing in the sense that it would allow her to beat out her frustrations. Perhaps both? Come to think of it, I couldn’t imagine her doing solely heavy metal, but I could imagine her doing solely hymns or mainly hymns with heavy metal. Her first video clip would probably be shot in an abandoned Church, and there might be a choir dressed in white singing for the hymn part and the heavy metal band dressed in black playing in front of all of the choir children. The film would have a yellowish, aged tone to it and be cracked and damaged in places.
9. What would 13 (Charade) and 10 (Blanche) most likely fight over? Who would win and who would lose, and why?
Hmm. They could fight over men, in which case the outcome would change depending on who the person was. If they weren’t into insane depressed people they’d probably end up with Blanche, and if they weren’t into illiterate farmhands they’d probably end up with Charade. And then of course, they might be into neither and then neither of them would win. Otherwise, it’s cute to imagine them arguing over what ingredients would be added to a meal to make it taste the best. They’d have a cook off and wear aprons. And once again, whoever won or lost would be completely up to whoever was judging. If it was a fight about anything that didn’t require some kind of judge Charade would win because he’s got the brains, and he does have a stubborn streak. If he thought he was right he’d do his best to explain his side of things to Blanche so she’d understand why he should win, and she’s such a pushover she’d eventually give in.

If Alexander kept bugging him and he was feeling mean he’d give Alexander a few rashes as warning, and if that didn’t work he’d ask Zhi to help. Ivy’d be creeped out by Alexander’s obscene tongue, heh, so he’d be scared off quickly enough.
12. 7 (Gabriel) takes 6 (Dana) out to a karaoke bar to serenade them with a song. What song do they pick and how does 6 (Dana) react?
Ahaaa. He’d either pick something fairly old, such as Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, or he’d try to entice Dana by being hip and choosing a song by a boy band such Westlife or the Backstreet Boys. Of course, Dana hates all kinds of music except for classical, so he’d just be annoyed and embarrassed and he’d call Gabriel stupid.

Zhi would try to see which one of them wanted to live the most before choosing, though he’d find it quite hard because both Vladimir and Charade aren’t particularly ‘whoo life’ types of people. In the end he’d pick Vladimir to be the one to live because he’d find that his research (mind reading?) indicated that Vladimir was reluctant to leave his mother and Mr Jingles behind, while Charade would have most likely taken his own life anyway if he was left to live.
14. What would the world be like if 2 (Zephyr) were the Supreme Dictator of everything? Who/what would be their right hand man/woman/thing?
Umm. I suppose Zephyr would want everything to return to the way it was when he was alive, so the cities would be built like London in the late 19th century or early 20th century. Many things would be steam powered. He’d hold story telling contests, and strange food contests…it’d be a very benevolent dictatorship. Virus would be his right hand man, because Virus would want to protect him from anyone wishing to over throw him, but if it’s someone from the list then Zephyr would pick someone like Zhi or Gabriel to keep him at least partly grounded.

Hmm. They could fight over men, in which case the outcome would change depending on who the person was. If they weren’t into insane depressed people they’d probably end up with Blanche, and if they weren’t into illiterate farmhands they’d probably end up with Charade. And then of course, they might be into neither and then neither of them would win. Otherwise, it’s cute to imagine them arguing over what ingredients would be added to a meal to make it taste the best. They’d have a cook off and wear aprons. And once again, whoever won or lost would be completely up to whoever was judging. If it was a fight about anything that didn’t require some kind of judge Charade would win because he’s got the brains, and he does have a stubborn streak. If he thought he was right he’d do his best to explain his side of things to Blanche so she’d understand why he should win, and she’s such a pushover she’d eventually give in.

1 (Vladimir): White trash.
2 (Zephyr): Spoilt princess/Mary Poppins. Depends on which era.
3 (Jack): Badass.
4 (Alexander): Bookworm.
5 (Ivy): Wallflower. (lolgeddid?)
6 (Dana): Artsy/angsty goth kid.

8 (Zhi): Mysterious old Asian man with long facial hair who gives advice and hints about the future.

11. If 5 (Ivy) was getting unwanted attention from 4 (Alexander), what would they do to ward them off?
Ivy might deal with him for a while if he wasn’t being too forward, but once he started feeling a little uncomfortable he’d go and hide somewhere quiet. If Alexander kept bugging him and he was feeling mean he’d give Alexander a few rashes as warning, and if that didn’t work he’d ask Zhi to help. Ivy’d be creeped out by Alexander’s obscene tongue, heh, so he’d be scared off quickly enough.
12. 7 (Gabriel) takes 6 (Dana) out to a karaoke bar to serenade them with a song. What song do they pick and how does 6 (Dana) react?
Ahaaa. He’d either pick something fairly old, such as Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, or he’d try to entice Dana by being hip and choosing a song by a boy band such Westlife or the Backstreet Boys. Of course, Dana hates all kinds of music except for classical, so he’d just be annoyed and embarrassed and he’d call Gabriel stupid.
13. Under peculiar circumstances, 8 (Zhi) has to decide which one out of 1 (Vladimir) and 13 (Charade) will live. Whoever they don’t choose will die/be destroyed in the case of those already dead and there are no ways out of the situation. Who do they choose and what are their reasons for doing so?
Zhi would try to see which one of them wanted to live the most before choosing, though he’d find it quite hard because both Vladimir and Charade aren’t particularly ‘whoo life’ types of people. In the end he’d pick Vladimir to be the one to live because he’d find that his research (mind reading?) indicated that Vladimir was reluctant to leave his mother and Mr Jingles behind, while Charade would have most likely taken his own life anyway if he was left to live.
14. What would the world be like if 2 (Zephyr) were the Supreme Dictator of everything? Who/what would be their right hand man/woman/thing?
Umm. I suppose Zephyr would want everything to return to the way it was when he was alive, so the cities would be built like London in the late 19th century or early 20th century. Many things would be steam powered. He’d hold story telling contests, and strange food contests…it’d be a very benevolent dictatorship. Virus would be his right hand man, because Virus would want to protect him from anyone wishing to over throw him, but if it’s someone from the list then Zephyr would pick someone like Zhi or Gabriel to keep him at least partly grounded.
15. 10 (Blanche) dies, and 11 (Anthea) discovers that they’ve been left something in 10’s will. How did 10 (Blanche) die, and what does 11 (Anthea) receive?
Blanche might’ve died of fright when walking in on someone changing, and. Erm. She probably left Anthea a hoe. Not a ho. I mean, a garden hoe. And perhaps a trowel.
16. What fetishes would 9 (Raphael) be most likely to have?
Well, he has very sensitive ankles…Is there such a thing as a Bible fetish? Maybe he’d like, wrap pages of the Bible around his penis or something. I duhno. He’s kind of asexual most of the time.
17. What does 12 (Cain) feel sexiest in?
Batman boxers are the best, because then it’s like Batman’s on his crotch and arse area, which makes him feel like Robin. And nothing’s sexier than Batman and Robin.
