I absolutely agree with you on some of those points. I think that people can do whatever they want, because, lets face it, in most circumstances, they are physically capable. However, if one is aware of the potential consequences, then they do whatever act accepting the possibility of those consequences. I think if people understood this fact, life would be a lot better. People wouldn't have sex unless they think they can handle having a baby, and if they can't, they do what they can to make those chances next to nil. It's hard to be nice and logical when you're in the heat of the moment, but whether you like it or not, you are consenting implicitly to the acceptance of known consequences when you willingly choose an act with some risk attached (and what acts don't have some risk?)
