im taking bubble baths every night. and trying to breathe in as deep as physically possible... as frequently as possible. ive written out my plan on index cards atleast twenty times. index cards have probably saved my life a couple times. of course everything is going to 'be alright'.. and 'work out'.. it always does. but im still a bit stressed.
