Do you have Photoshop? If so, it comes with a very nice, easy-to-use program called ImageReady that comes standard with it. It plays extremely well with Photoshop. I made this with it! :D

I've only got V.5 of photoshop, and therefore it doesn't have Image Ready. However, I was able to find a free programme and madthis:
